Contractors All Risks Policy

The Policy covers contractors against physical loss of or damage to the property insured (works and temporary works erected, materials etc and constructional plant and equipment) against perils such as tempest, flood and any other cause not specifically excluded by the Policy. The Policy also covers against contractor’s Legal Liability consequent upon accidental bodily injuries to or illness or damage to property belonging to third parties.
